Our Pi2Custom program allows you to define your own specific custom electronic and mechanical design. Using our proven library of IP and years of industrial interface experience including Fine Pitch BGA Layout, Multi-Phase Power Rail Design, PoE Power Source and Device, DDR3 Layout, etc. All with reasonable NRE starting as low as $15K USD. We can also guide you through the prototype and pre-production phase as well as provide long term support thorough multiple production runs .
Pi 2 Design has the necessary knowledge and physical tools for almost any job. These include our In House Software tools for PCB Design - Altium Designer, Mechanical Design - Fusion 360 and Various PCB Analysis Tools. Test Equipment include APX555 Audio Analyzer, Siglent SDS2304x 4-Channel 2Ghz Oscilloscope, Rigol DSA815, 9Khz to 1.5Ghz Spectrum Analyzer, Agilent E4432B 250Khz to 3Ghz RF Generator/Modulator, Siglent SDM3055 5 1/2 Digit Multimeter, and Multiple PC Based Test Systems and Power Sources.
We can also cut and etch a wide variety of material using our In House Mechanical Fabrication Tools, which include our FSL PS24 400mm x 600mm 90W CO2 Laser, CloudRay 300mm x 300mm 50W Fiber Laser, D-Tools D1 Pro with 20W Blue Diode and Infrared Diode Laser, and the Stepcraft D-1000 36" x 48" 1000W CNC Machine with 10-bit Auto-Tool Changer.
